Stock Management

Ability to automatically waste and lose money from stocks
It can be done both manually and automatically. With our IQ Portal product, loss entries can be entered product by product on a quantitative basis, and if the lost product is a menu product, the entire content can be recorded directly through the sales recipe. Likewise, wastage amounts can be entered quantitatively from our portal.
Ability to track stock costs with the last invoice and weighted average account type
Companies can receive both reports separately themselves, there is no need to make a request from the Robotpos center. However, the system can be operated in the desired mode (Weighted average - Final price).
Ability to define and manage unlimited repositories
In the Robotpos system, each branch means a warehouse and the cost of each branch is calculated specifically. However, unlimited warehouses can be opened on the central side, regardless of the number of branches.
Ability to transfer products between branches and warehouses
Transfer between branches is possible both on our IQ Portal product and on our central ERP product. In our IQ Portal product, transfers can be restricted on a product and branch basis. In addition, when transfers are made between branches, integration enables the shipment to be sent to Logo and invoiced.
Ability to see critical levels by setting stock safety limits
In our system, although there are separate limits for central warehouses, separate limits can be defined for each branch on the branch side. Minimum and maximum stock limits can be set separately based on branch and headquarters.
Ability to obtain stock inventory and warehouse-based stock status report
Inventory valuations in warehouses can be given both on the final purchase price and on the weighted average. The immediate inventory can also be valued according to the last purchase or weighted average.
Ability to process inventory by performing stock counts
Counts can be entered from each branch daily, weekly and monthly through our IQ Portal product. Counts can be entered for each branch via the central ERP or imported from Excel. Term closures are made after the center passes through ERP and the control of the center personnel.
Ability to define stock suppliers and assign default suppliers
Suppliers can be defined in the system, and price lists can be entered based on suppliers. Offers from suppliers can be entered into the system and these offers can be compared on a product-based basis on the same screen when making a purchase. At the same time, the last 5 buying movements of the product whose offers are compared on the purchasing screen can be examined in detail.
Ability of businesses to collectively close the end-of-census period
Our system supports bulk warehouse closing. Term closing procedures are carried out by the brand's headquarters in a central structure. The central authority can carry out the term closing process of all branches collectively.
Product and period based price locking
Our purchasing module supports working with price lists. Fixing is made based on negotiated prices by entering the relevant price lists into the system. Our system warns of a different price entry, and a list of purchases entered at different prices can also be obtained with a price difference report.
Barcoded Warehouse Management System (BDYS) Solution
BDYS is an application that provides an advantage in processing warehouse and shipment transactions in the centers of businesses into the system using mobile devices. It enables product purchases, warehouse transfers, shipments and warehouse counts to be processed in warehouses.
Risk of deregistration from the database
No deregistration from the database is performed on any of Robotpos' products. You work with a line-based recording system and security is ensured by changing the type of data.

Prescription Management

Ability to add and edit recipes to products
Unlimited production and sales recipes can be defined. The same branch-based product may be assigned different ingredients of prescription.
Ability to analyze costs and profits with production recipes
Prescription, open and segmented production is available in our system. During production, production can be done using recipes from production screens or through the central ERP module. Profit analyzes can be made by comparing production and sales figures. When calculating profitability on both the branch and the center side, the difference after counting can also be included in the costs.
Ability to make portion calculations in product recipes
Portion information can be entered in production recipes and costing can be subtracted accordingly.
Semi-finished product production, meat shredding, carcass and open production
In many chain brands we work with, production using recipes, open production, semi-finished product production, meat shredding (from carcasses to burgers) are carried out through production screens in production areas. We have experience in many different production types such as doner kebab, baklava, milk dessert and cake, meatballs and chicken dishes.
Ability to use different prescriptions in different branches using a single code
You can use different recipes in different branches using a single code without opening a new product code.
Stock-based waste rate separation in prescription ingredients
Product-based wastage can be added to the recipe contents, and subsequent wastage can be reported. Fires are inline-based, not prescription-based.
Production Module and Functions
In addition to prescription production, we have semi-finished product production, advanced meat shredding (piece production) and open production (baked goods) management modules that can be supported by the production screen. Ice cream, baklava, milk dessert, dry cake, world cuisine preliminary production, and meat shredding processes can be carried out from carcass to lahmacun minced meat, doner kebab and burger patties.

Integration & Accounting

Ability to see current selection and previous purchase prices during invoice entry
As can be seen, if there is an agreement with the selected current account, if there is a difference between the prices on the incoming invoice and the agreement, the system directly warns the user.
Ability to automatically enter stock when entering purchase invoices
Our system allows stock cards to be opened automatically when entering purchase invoices. In ERP integration, withdrawing stock cards into the Robotpos system is a work we have done before in almost all our brands.
Ability to establish direct relationships with Microsoft Office programs via SQL
Import and export to Excel and certain formats is possible in many parts of our system. It is exported to Excel in a way that can be worked on directly without the slightest distortion in the extracted data.
Ability to integrate buying, selling, transfer and wastage transactions with ERP applications
It is an operation we have experienced in many companies we work with. We work integrated with Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP, Oracle, Lucca, Orka ERP software.
Ability to transfer sales invoices and payments with logo integration
With logo integration, sales invoices, payments, branch and warehouse transactions, purchase invoices and transfers between warehouses can be transferred automatically. It is an operation we have experienced in many companies we work with.
Order collection and dispatch with centralized order management
In our IQ Portal product, we have an application that can seriously discipline branches and central shipments and can be designed according to the way the company works. We have serious experience in collecting orders from all branches, reporting them to the center, branch-based separation with post-production pivot reports, and issuing and shipping invoices to branches.

Reporting

Ability to get different reports by adding filters to existing and new reports
Extra reports and report editing requests of brands over time can be met by our technical team. If there are personnel with SQL knowledge at the center of the brand, read-only access to the SQL database can be authorized and training services can be provided regarding the table structure.
Ability to define module and menu access rights for each user
Real-time access to all data of all branches can be provided with the Web-Based Central Reporting Platform. With hierarchy definitions such as Dealer, Regional Manager, Regional Manager, Business Owner, only certain branches and certain reports can be accessed.
Automatic report sending to identified email addresses
With e-mail tasks, reports can be sent automatically to users at any time. In cases defined by event notifications, users can be warned with notification.
Preparing branch profit & loss reports by entering other expenses other than stock
Thanks to the Expense Platform, the head office official can define the expense groups and items in the branches. Branch users select the expense period and process the relevant expenses collectively. Thus, the expense information required for the Profit/Loss report is processed into the system.
Ability to receive reports based on parent group, parent group and subgroup
When defining Stock Cards; Stock Tree can be created using Main Category, Stock Category, Stock Group Fields and also 16 Special Fields. Reporting can be made according to each defined area.
Ability to receive branch-based Waiter/Product/Period reports
Reports such as Personnel Performance, Personnel Category Based Sales, Personnel Group Based Sales, Personnel Product Based Sales, etc. can be received between branch based, selected branches or selected date for all branches.
Mid-month average priced reports for Flash Cost reports
Mid-month average price reports can be obtained for Flash Cost reports.

Offline Operation & System Security

System operation in case of internet outage
There is SQL Express Database in Sales Points. All movements are recorded on this database and transferred to the center at 90-second intervals. Internet commuting in the branch does not affect the current operation. In case of internet outages, only marketplace integrations (Yemeksepeti, Getir, etc.) and 3rd party applications cannot be used.
Storing open transactions in case of system shutdown
It is worked with Line Based Recording Logic. Transactions are first saved in Cash Memory. If the electricity goes out and the system shuts down, the operations can be continued from where they left off when the electricity comes on. In cases requiring correction, deletion is not done, status changes are made.
POS / EFT POS Integration
Our system currently has both GMP3 and TSM integration with the Ingenico and Profilo brands. AndroidPOS (Vuk507) integration with the Hugin brand has been completed and we have integration experience with over 60 applications.

Desk Management

Book an account within the desk/split check
With the account allocation feature in the Desk Service Operation, everyone can be paid for what they eat (Divide Check) in a bill. This feature depends on the authority and can only be done by authorized personnel.
Collecting your account within the table with different payment methods
The bill amount can be collected in parts with as many payment types as you want. You can collect some of it in cash, some by credit card, some by food voucher, etc.
Opening more than one ticket at the same table
Using the Product Allocation feature, it is possible to create as many separate tickets as you want on the same table and follow them separately.
Color change and attention-seeking feature on full tables
The empty table is shown in gray, the full table in green, the account printed table in red, the table whose order comes from the kitchen in yellow, and the table that does not see movement for a certain period of time in black. The waiter's name, table number, time open and account amount can be seen on the table.
Adding a description to the ticket
Notes can be added to the entire bill or products in all sales modes. Ready messages can be created with the Message Group (Cooking Degree, Leaks, Leaks, etc.) or instant messages can be entered.
Reservation Management
This is our module where our customers' guests can track the reservation process at the relevant tables hours or days in advance, add and edit reservations, complete and cancel all transactions and record all transactions.
Anthem Giving Function
For products that need to be in order (soup, iskender, künefe), information can be sent to the kitchen via the handheld terminal/safe to prepare the next product.
Table & Floor & Garden Design
You can create as many sections as you want on the Table Plan (Front Hall, Garden, Upper Floor, etc.). Ready-made table templates can be used and the lineup can be adjusted with drag-and-drop.
Table Merge, Change and Waiter Change
All these transactions are authority-dependent functions, and the transactions can be reported for selected branches and all branches through the web-based reporting system in the central structure.
Table Loop Tracking and Reporting
With the line-based recording logic, the whole cycle can be controlled when the ticket was opened, by whom it was opened, who added what to the table, who corrected it when, for what reason, who made a discount, etc.

Order Management

Adding unlimited number of condiments/product sub-breakdowns
Product Messages (Condiment) can be defined in a central structure with unlimited groups. Thanks to the High-Level Product logic, an unlimited number of breaks can be made. Ex: Desserts → Sherbet Desserts → Baklavas → Homemade → Walnut Baklavas.
Adding mandatory feature selection (Combo Menu)
With the Combo Menu feature, product options can be created with the desired number of groups and feature selections. Elections can be made mandatory/optional, extra fees can be defined. It allows all variations in ordering pizza, such as dough selection, beverage selection, sauce selection.
The products feature single, half, double making
There are quarter portion, half portion, one and a half portion and 2 portion options.
Menu lineup according to order type
Separate menu designs can be made for Table Service, Take Away and Takeaway operations. A product can only be hidden in the package while appearing on the table service.
Ability to Apply Different Products/Price/Menu/Promotions According to Sales Points
With the Central Product Management Module and Central Promotion Management Module, different products, prices, menus and promotions can be applied depending on branch, location and sales type.
Kitchen Display System (KDS) support
Our KDS product is managed in a central structure, and just like a printer, you can use as many KDS as you want for any branch you want.
Personnel Description and Authorization
You can manage personnel on a branch basis, in a central structure, and manage personnel identification, authorization and grouping operations from the center.

Integration with all payment methods
You can define the payment type you want in the central structure. Payment types can be defined with foreign currency, and automatic updates are provided with exchange rate integration in areas such as airports. We have integration with mobile wallet applications such as Hopi, Fastpay, Gastropay, Paycell, Nkolay, Chippin.
Automatic VAT rate assignment by service types
VAT can be determined according to the order type. The Product VAT Module allows you to set individual VAT rates for each branch or sales type.
Ability to close current account
There is a Current Account Sales (Data Sales) feature. During current account definition, a limit can be defined for the relevant account.

Our mobile application is based on Android and can be used on sectoral mobile handheld terminals and tablet PCs.
Handheld Terminal functions
All functions such as printing an account compass with a handheld terminal, sending to EFT POS, making discounts, determining your favorite product, logging in with terminal number and password, keeping logs of records made, and changing tables are supported.

Package Order

Marketplaces integration
You can work integrated with Trendyol Yemek, Trendyol Market, Getir Yemek, Getir Çarşı, Yemek Sepeti, Yemek Sepeti Mahalle, Migros Yemek, Fuudy, Feed Me, Ticimax, Restajet and Frink marketplaces. All operational needs such as branch open/closed to order, busy, order situations, etc. can be managed.
Caller ID phone order tracking
The Package Service Management Module can be used with the Caller ID device or switchboard integration. All details such as the customer's number of calls, addresses, past orders, special discounts, credit sales limits, package delivery times can be tracked.
Packer tracking module
Couriers can be tracked with the Package Status Module. Operational reports can be received such as which courier went to which orders, how much of which payment type it needs to deliver, package delivery times and many more.
Call Center Function
Order entry from a single center for all your branches, reflection on the nearest branch, brand-wide customer registration, order history check, customer satisfaction survey, operator performance report and branch-based order performance tracking can be done.
Integration with Courier Companies
It can be integrated with Vigo, Paket Taxi, Pakalle, Packupp and Just on the Road applications. Integration work can be done with any company that can communicate with the web service.

Security

Employee authorization by subject heading and product
The central structure has a security system with extremely wide breakdown. Each button used in the Point of Sale operation has 10 security levels, the buttons can be made active/passive depending on the device type, and which personnel will have what authority can be managed centrally.
Table movement reporting (cancellation, return, product transfer)
Line-based registration is carried out, and which product was added to the bill, who/when, who corrected it/when/for what reason, order type and other bill details can be reported comprehensively in the central structure.
Authorization identification with fingerprint, card and password
Personnel authorization can be made with USB Fingerprint Reader, magnetic card, contactless card/keychain and password options. Magnetic card reader comes as standard on touch PCs.
Preventing the use of screens for other purposes
Touch PCs or handheld terminals can be set up so that only the relevant software will work in order to prevent their use for purposes other than their intended purpose.

All details, including who/when added which product in the ticket, who/when/for what reason corrected it, can be reported comprehensively in the central structure.
Automatic report sending to identified email addresses
With the Report Mailing List feature, the reports you request can be automatically sent to the e-mail addresses you request in the time period you request.
Creating a business-specific design report
Requests for extra reports can be met by our technical team. staff with SQL knowledge can be given read-only access authorization and table structure training.
Financial Cash Control
Thanks to the leaf function, z reports are automatically reflected from active YNÖKCs who are authorized to read the z report. Cashier controls can be controlled centrally by the user entering the values in the payment types.

QR Menu system integration
Our QR Menu product is our own and works 100% integrated with our point of sale management system. Customers can access the menu, create orders and make payments by scanning the QR codes on their phones.

Our QR Menu product works based on CPM (Central Product Management) software. Price transitions can be provided automatically.
QR Menu management panel and personalization
Branch, category, menu, price templates, messages, combo menus, background banners can be created with the separate QR Menu Management Panel. Content can be changed and page design can be personalized according to branches.

"The Story of the Köfteci Ramiz Brand is the story of two orphaned brothers who immigrated from Macedonia to Turkey at the beginning of the 19th century. The brothers, who lost their mother at a young age and whose father was captured in the Gallipoli War, end up in Akhisar, the district of the Aegean. In the way they learned in Macedonia, they serve grilled meatballs with a special pita made of fresh yeast dough. They opened their first shop in Akhisar in 1928, in a tiny shop with 4 tables.
