10, entitled "Data Controller's Disclosure Obligation" of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 6698 ("KVKK") published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 of 7 April 2016, which aims at protecting fundamental rights and freedoms of persons, especially privacy, in the processing of personal data. in accordance with the article and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation published in the Official Gazette dated 10 March 2018 and numbered 30356, this Information Text is submitted to robotPOS Computer Systems Industry and Trade Inc. as the data controller. • Your Identity Information: Name and Surname, Turkish Penal Code, nationality, Passport Number, Place of Birth, Date of Birth, Gender Information, Signature.
• Your Contact Information: Address Information, E-Mail, Phone Number.
• Your Financial Information: Bank, Account and Card Information, Invoice and Debt Information
• Your Risk Management Information: Information Processed to Manage Commercial, Technical and Administrative Risks
• Your Information on Physical Space Security: CCTV Records.
• Your Information Regarding Audio and Audio Recordings: Photo, Video Recordings.
• Your Professional Experience Information: Professional Information.
• Your Customer Transaction Information: Request and Complaint Information, Order Information, invoice, promissory note, check information
• Your Transaction Security Information: IP address information, website login and exit information. Usernames, Passwords, Log Records
• Your Marketing Information: Information Obtained through Survey and Campaign Work.

• Your Legal Action Information: Information in Correspondence with Judicial Authorities, Information in the Case File.

D IN. YOUR RIGHTS TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
• Requesting information about it if it has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used for its intended purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad,
• If personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, do not request correction,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in KVKK,

• If you suffer damage due to the processing of your personal data contrary to the relevant legislation, you have the right to request compensation for your damage.

Within the scope of your relationship with robotPOS, your identity information, contact information and other personal data, if you share them with us during the conversation, are processed and stored for the purpose of addressing you correctly, following and responding to requests and complaints, transferring information about our service contents, following and carrying out legal affairs.

Durak Sokak No:19 Maltepe/İstanbul adresine kimlik tespiti yapılmak suretiyle bizzat elden iletebilir ya da noter kanalıyla ulaştırabilirsiniz. Bunun yanı sıra, [email protected] kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresine, güvenli elektronik imza ve mobil imza ya da tarafınızca robotPOS'a daha önce bildirilen ve tarafımızca teyit edilmiş olan robotPOS'ta bulunan sistemimizdeki elektronik posta adresini kullanmak suretiyle [email protected] elektronik posta adresine iletebilirsiniz.

This Information Text will be valid as of the date it is published by robotPOS. robotPOS may make changes to this Information Text at any time if necessary. Changes made by robotPOS become valid upon the publication of the Information Text.
