Marketplace Integrations — All Orders on One Screen

Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek, Getir and Migros Yemek orders land on a single check, a single stock pool and a single report. Tablet chaos and manual entry end.

Short answer: robotPOS marketplace integration

robotPOS marketplace integration connects online ordering platforms — Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek, Getir and Migros Yemek foremost among them — to the POS and the check. Instead of a separate tablet per platform, every order is gathered on one screen and routed automatically to the kitchen display; the menu syncs from one place, stock is deducted automatically and all channels merge into a single report.

  • Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek, Getir and Migros Yemek orders gather on one screen.
  • The order lands automatically on the check and the correct kitchen station (KDS); no manual entry.
  • Menu and price update from one place and reflect on the connected platforms.
  • Instant closing on all platforms when an item runs out; missed orders and cancellations drop.
  • Recipe-based automatic stock deduction — every channel from a single stock pool.
  • Platform-level sales and commission/profitability report in a single panel.

What is Marketplace Integration?

Marketplace integration is the connection that makes orders from online ordering platforms land automatically in the restaurant's POS and check system. Technically it works over the platforms' API connections.

The average restaurant is active on at least two or three platforms. A separate tablet, panel and rulebook per platform creates chaos at the till. Integration gathers that chaos under a single check umbrella: one screen, one menu, one stock pool, one report.

Managing channels independently — detached from the POS — means re-entering the order manually somewhere, which costs errors and time. With an integrated setup manual entry disappears entirely.

Marketplace integration — every platform in one panel

The Chaos Created by Multiple Platforms

The four problems shared by multi-platform restaurants running without integration:

Tablet chaos

A separate tablet per platform takes up space at the till and runs into charging problems; staff constantly switch between different interfaces.

Missed orders

At peak hours one tablet's alert goes unheard and the notification is missed. A missed order means a lower platform rating and an unhappy customer.

Menu inconsistency

Making a price or item change separately on every platform is both a waste of time and a risk of inconsistency between platforms.

Stock mismatch & scattered reports

If a sold-out item is not closed on every channel, cancellations rise. When each platform reports separately, seeing total performance is manual work.

Supported Platforms

The four most used food channels are built in; grocery and other platforms are on the integration list too.

Yemeksepeti

Turkey's most widespread food ordering platform. Order, menu and status flow integrated into one screen.

Trendyol Yemek

A fast-growing food channel; orders land automatically on the check and the kitchen screen.

Getir

Getir Yemek orders in one panel; missed orders are prevented during intense delivery tempo.

Migros Yemek

The Migros Yemek channel is integrated; menu and stock stay in sync with other channels from one point.

A Single Check Umbrella: What Does Integration Deliver?

When every channel lands on the same check, the same stock and the same report, operations get simpler.

Every order on one screen

All platform orders arrive at one point with an audible and visual alert; tracking separate devices ends and the missed-order problem is solved.

Automatic check + kitchen routing

The order lands directly on the check and the correct kitchen station (KDS); manual re-entry and the errors that come with it disappear.

Central menu management

Price, new items and temporary closing are handled from one place and reflected on the connected platforms. Inconsistency between platforms ends.

Instant item closing

When stock runs out the item closes instantly on all platforms; orders that cannot be fulfilled are not accepted and the cancellation rate drops.

Automatic stock deduction

If a recipe is defined, a marketplace sale deducts stock too; food cost and waste tracking stay consistent without channel separation.

Platform-level reporting

How much was sold on which platform, average basket and channel performance in one report; commission items break down by channel.

Integrated POS vs Separate Platform Tablets

Two ways of running the same business — the difference shows clearly in operations.

Marketplace Integration in 4 Steps

The setup flow from account matching to go-live.

1

Platform account matching

The restaurant accounts of the platforms you work with (Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek, Getir, Migros Yemek) are defined in robotPOS.

2

Menu and item mapping

Platform menus are mapped to robotPOS items; unmapped products are detected, and prices and modifiers are verified.

3

Flow and kitchen test

End-to-end flow is verified with a test order: platform → single-screen acceptance → check → kitchen screen → status update.

4

Go-live & reporting

Central menu, instant item closing and platform-level reports come into play. Intensive support is provided in the first period.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is marketplace integration?

It is the connection that makes orders from platforms such as Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek, Getir and Migros Yemek land automatically in the POS and check system. Instead of separate tablets, every order is gathered on one screen and routed to the kitchen display.

Which platforms are supported?

The most used are Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol Yemek and Migros Yemek. Grocery channels such as Getir Çarşı and Trendyol Market, plus platforms like Fuudy and Siparişim, are also on the integration list.

Can I update the menu and price from one place?

Yes. With central menu management, price changes, new items and temporary closing are done from one point and reflected on the connected platforms; inconsistency between platforms ends.

Do marketplace orders arrive during an internet outage?

Because marketplace integration depends on the platforms' cloud services, platform orders cannot be received temporarily during an outage. However, on the hybrid architecture local sales, checks and payment continue uninterrupted; when the connection returns the platform flow restarts.

Is stock deducted automatically on marketplace sales?

Yes. If a recipe is defined, a marketplace sale deducts stock automatically just like a local sale; every channel is processed from a single stock pool.

How is it managed in a multi-branch business?

In high-volume, multi-branch structures, central management of orders in a single panel is provided by robotPOS Platform Manager.

KD

Kahve Dünyası

"The story of the Köfteci Ramiz brand is the story of two orphaned brothers who migrated from Macedonia to Türkiye at the start of the 19th century. Having lost their mother in infancy and with their father taken prisoner in the Battle of Çanakkale, the brothers settled in Akhisar, a district of the Aegean. There they served grilled meatballs in the style they had learned in Macedonia, alongside a special flatbread made from fresh-yeast dough. They opened their first shop in 1928 in Akhisar — a tiny place with four tables. After Ramiz Usta passed away in 1970, his four sons continued to keep their father's name alive. In 2000 they opened their second branch, again in Akhisar, on the İzmir–İstanbul highway. That second branch became a springboard, and in 2006 the first İstanbul branch opened in Levent Çarşı. The Köfteci Ramiz brand continues to grow, today with 150 branches in 31 provinces."
