The brothers, who lost their mother at a young age and whose father was captured in the Gallipoli War, end up in Akhisar, the district of the Aegean. In the way they learned in Macedonia, they serve grilled meatballs with a special pita made of fresh yeast dough. They opened their first shop in Akhisar in 1928, in a tiny shop with 4 tables. After the death of Ramiz Usta in 1970, his four sons continue to keep their father's name alive. In 2000, they opened their second branch in Akhisar on the Izmir-Istanbul Highway.
