How Does It Work?
aiR intelligence demand forecasting produces a branch-specific prediction through a four-layer analysis pipeline.
Historical Pattern Analysis
Core sales patterns such as day of week, seasonality and long-term trend are extracted. The model is built from a minimum of four weeks of data.
External Factor Integration
Weather, Ramadan, public holidays, local events and campaign calendars are fed into the model.
Branch Type Modelling
Mall, high street, university, airport and takeaway branches are analysed with separate models reflecting their different behaviour patterns.
Hourly Granularity
An hourly breakdown is produced alongside the daily total forecast, with peak and dead hours identified automatically.
External Factors
Historical data alone is not enough. We feed signals from the real world into the model.
Weather
Correlations such as more dine-in on rainy days and higher cold drink demand on hot days are calculated automatically.

"The story of the Köfteci Ramiz brand is the story of two orphaned brothers who migrated from Macedonia to Türkiye at the start of the 19th century. Having lost their mother in infancy and with their father taken prisoner in the Battle of Çanakkale, the brothers settled in Akhisar, a district of the Aegean. There they served grilled meatballs in the style they had learned in Macedonia, alongside a special flatbread made from fresh-yeast dough. They opened their first shop in 1928 in Akhisar — a tiny place with four tables. After Ramiz Usta passed away in 1970, his four sons continued to keep their father's name alive. In 2000 they opened their second branch, again in Akhisar, on the İzmir–İstanbul highway. That second branch became a springboard, and in 2006 the first İstanbul branch opened in Levent Çarşı.
